We are open  Monday through Friday from 11am to 7pm,  Saturdays 11am to 3pm, and Sundays by appointments only. We will accomodate private parties as they are booked, as well as Kids in the Kitchen appointments.  If you need to make an appointment for a different time, please call 315-258-9078.

At Make and Take Gourmet, we create the monthly menu, we do the grocery shopping and we chop and dice all of the fresh ingredients.  You come in and assemble as few as 1 meal and as many as 12 meals in less than two hours and we clean up the mess.  If you would like to make 2 or more meals during a scheduled session time, click on Book a Session, then 1 Meal Package, and you can choose as many meals as you would like. Creating nutritious, home-cooked  meals could not be any easier or more fun. 

Would you like a meal from the old menus?  Call us and we will try to make it for you!  If we have the ingredients, we will gladly make you your favorite past meals. 

Times available not good for you?  Give us a call!  If our hours are not conducive to you, just give us a call and we will honor any after hour appointments!

 What to watch for:

The holidays are rapidly approaching, we are currently in the process of getting parties booked for the holiday season for our cookies extravaganza. We will have 8 stations of holiday cookie ingredients for you and your friends to come in and make as many batches as you would like and we will clean up your mess! If you host a party and bring 8 or more guests, you will receive 2 batches of cookies for free as our thanks to you. Remember you and your friends may bring your beverage of choice and relax and socialize while having fun creating your favorite holiday cookies! Please call and RSVP to host a session!

Kids in the Kitchen!

Are you looking for a unique birthday party for your child?  Book a birthday party at Make and Take Gourmet!  The children will spend time trying food, measuring, chopping ingredients, and creating their own food!  Treat bags aren't necessary because each child will make their very own calzone to eat and make a meal from scratch to take home to mom and/or dad.  There is no minumum number of children you must have.   You will supply your own cake.  Also, when you book your childs birthday party here at Make & Take your child will receive a party music CD.
